Coffee cold brewed seems less bitter and is less acidic, this means I can do two things I really like. Drink more coffee, and drink stronger coffee. Unfortunately, while it produces decent coffee it also tends to mute the subtle character of coffee also. So you will always get a decent cup of coffee but if you want to enjoy the full character of a coffee you will have to resort to brewing it the traditional way.
